House's
history

Charles and his father Guy are from a long line of vintners dating back to the beginning of the 20th century in a place known locally as “Les Sept Vents” in the village of Oger. Their forefathers developed the family heritage and passed down their knowledge as well as respect for the environment, using integrated farming methods on the land.

Advice
tasting

Champagne should be kept in a cool, dark place. The ideal serving temperature is 8°C for most non-vintage champagnes that are young and lively. We recommend serving Millésimes (Vintage) and Rosé champagnes at a temperature of 10 or 12°C. To cool a bottle of champagne, we strongly advise against putting it in the freezer as the extreme cold risks modifying the aromas. The shape of the glass or flute is also important: wide at the base but with a narrower rim, allowing for the strings of bubbles to flow freely and an optimal release of the champagne’s aromas.

Happy tasting!
